Brigitte Cheston ASCM SCA (Vic)
Director
With almost 30 years in the real estate industry, having obtained her Certificate IV in Business (Real Estate), Brigitte is a fully licensed real estate agent, and has spent the last 20 years in strata management.
Brigitte has developed the knowledge and experience to manage the most complex strata. Brigitte has been appointed by VCAT as an Administrator for several dysfunctional Owners Corporations, bringing each of them to a successful conclusion.
Brigitte’s high standard of regulatory and legislative knowledge ensures that all properties within our portfolio are managed efficiently with minimum liability exposure to the Owners Corporation.
Mark Elliott
Director
Mark has 30 plus years senior management experience, including as Sales Director in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods channel for an international pharmaceutical company. Mark has also held senior marketing roles, as well as building his own successful business as a supplier into the highly competitive consumer goods market.
Direct involvement in attaining ISO9002 accreditation, and ongoing involvement in maintaining the high standards around policies and process to retain this accreditation, has armed Mark with a unique understanding of robust and efficient business structures.
Mark has been successfully managing Owners Corporations for residential, industrial and commercial properties for 12 years.
Keely Payne ASCM SCA (Vic)
Owners Corporation Manager
With over 9 years of experience in the strata management industry, Keely has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service and solutions in managing Owners Corporations, particularly in inner-city properties.
Starting in 2016, Keely has developed a niche in resolving complex building defects and providing efficient, customer-centric management.
Holding a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management from RMIT University, Keely is well-versed in the technical and legislative aspects of strata management, ensuring compliance and the smooth operation of Owners Corporations.
Known for her proactive approach, Keely works closely with residents, building managers, and contractors to promptly address issues, enhance the living experience, and safeguard property values.
Justin Elliott ASCM SCA (Vic)

Experienced Owners Corporation Manager with 8 years of hands-on expertise in strata management, specialising in building defect resolution and combustible cladding rectification projects.
Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, manage large-scale remediation works, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
