Working Smarter


Here’s a brief run down of our services, all of which are included in the agreed fixed management fee;

  • Financial Management; Financial accounts prepared to comply with the relevant legislation and regulations. Annual income and expenditure statements plus following year budget are all provided prior to your Annual General Meeting.
  • Levies; Issue owners with levy notices and ensure payments go into your Owners Corporation Trust account. To give you choice, a number of payment options are available including; Cheque, Credit Card, Visa or MasterCard, BPay, or Direct Debit.
  • Accounts Receivable; Manage debtors for all Owners Corporations, monitoring arrears and taking appropriate recovery action.
  • Work Orders; Issue work orders to suitably qualified and approved contractors.
  • Insurance; Source and place competitive insurance quotes on your behalf. We manage renewals, and prepare and lodge claims when required. If requested by the Owners Corporation, we can obtain insurance valuations from a qualified valuer.
  • Meetings; Convene and attend the Annual General Meeting and committee meetings as determined by your committee.
  • Disputes; Assist in resolving disputes within your property. Our sound knowledge of the legislation, regulations and rules ensures harmony is maintained amongst all owners.
  • Documentation; Maintain all documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations, including accounting records, meeting minutes, correspondence, strata plans, rules and regulations and work orders issued on behalf of the Owners Corporation.

Programmed maintenance by third-party service providers, where required, is monitored for compliance with strict regulations relating to Essential Safety Measures, Occupational Health, Safety & Environment and Asbestos Maintenance.
